In a tribute to Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues, an all-star cast joins forces to give voice to the experience of, and rebellions against, being female. I am so proud to be a part of The Feminine Experience, this two-curtain call to action against sexually-based violence, exploitation, and the systems that perpetuate them. All tickets benefit the amazing nonprofit House of Ruth, that has been supporting survivors of domestic abuse & their families since 1976.
I was inspired by the incredible cast and Directors of FemX as they have shared their stories of the beauty & shit of being a woman today. Using their words, and some of my own, I’ve printed this collection of FemX cards, the sales of which also will go to benefit House of Ruth.
